These terms apply to use of this website and purchase of products from SilverCordTalisman.
PRODUCTS
We sell flower/vibrational essences. Product descriptions are provided in good faith. Essences are complementary products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
ORDERS
- —A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email
- —Prices are in GBP and inclusive of any applicable taxes
- —We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order
DELIVERY
We will confirm dispatch times at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery.
RETURNS (CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS 2013)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. To cancel, email hello@silvercordtalisman.co.uk. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return.
HYPNOTHERAPY & HEALING SERVICES
Sessions are complementary in nature. We do not make medical claims. You are responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions before a session.
LIABILITY
Our liability is limited to the value of your purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
