I offer a sliding scale to honour the different financial positions people find themselves in. Those with higher incomes are invited to contribute at the upper end of the scale, helping to support access for those on lower incomes, for whom reduced-rate spaces are available. This approach is held with care, fairness, and respect for each individual's circumstances, while valuing the depth of the work offered.
